Description
The Project Executive will lead a team of Project Managers and support staff within Adrenaline’s Design and Construction Department, focusing on complex financial-market projects. The role manages project development from client engagement through design intent, construction drawings, preconstruction, and implementation; oversees scope, costs, margins, schedules, risks, and client relationships; coordinates external and internal teams; and mentors project management staff. It requires 10+ years of construction project management experience, strong proposal and presentation skills, knowledge of construction drawings and specifications, and proficiency with project-management and design tools.
