AECOM is hiring Wisconsin Construction Project Leaders to oversee highway, bridge, and municipal projects for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and local clients. The role manages project teams, delivers strategic planning and project delivery, prepares proposals, builds client relationships, and expands the team’s capabilities. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree plus six years of related experience or equivalent education and experience, U.S. citizenship, and a valid DMV license; civil engineering, construction management, WisDOT project experience, and Wisconsin Professional Engineer registration are preferred. The position is based in Milwaukee, Middleton, or Stevens Point, Wisconsin, and includes medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
