AECOM is hiring a Wisconsin Construction Project Leader to oversee highway, bridge, and municipal projects for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and local clients. The role manages project teams, delivers strategic planning and project delivery, ensures quality, schedules, and budgets, hires and mentors team members, and serves as a liaison between management and clients. The position requires a bachelor's degree plus six years of related experience or equivalent education and experience, U.S. citizenship, and a valid DMV license; civil engineering, construction management, WisDOT project experience, and Wisconsin Professional Engineer registration are preferred.
