L+M Development Partners is hiring a Construction Project Manager 1 to administer residential real estate construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role involves budgeting, scheduling, constructability review, subcontractor procurement and negotiation, logistics, onsite team leadership, cost and financial reporting, safety compliance, change management, regulatory closeout, and coordination with development, design, lending, and subcontractor teams. The position requires 5+ years of experience, knowledge of New York City building codes and safety requirements, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; AutoCAD is recommended.
