ISI Professional Services is hiring an Owner's Representative Construction Project Manager to provide construction management services to a Department of Defense client. The role manages 5 to 7 ongoing construction projects valued from $1 million to $5 million each, supports site evaluations, constructability and code compliance, technical requirements, cost estimates, change orders, progress tracking, scheduling, risk assessment, reporting, and project briefings. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, science, or mathematics, or 20 years of construction-related specialized technical experience, along with 10+ years of construction management experience under the first qualification path. It involves active construction sites, office work, travel between buildings, and physical work including ladder use, confined-space entry, and lifting 20–30 pounds.
