ISI Professional Services is seeking a Construction Project Manager (PM3) to provide program and portfolio management support for a Department of Defense client’s design and construction program. The role oversees construction project portfolios, coordinates with government and contractor stakeholders, tracks budgets, schedules, costs, risks, and performance, develops executive reporting and dashboards using Excel and Power BI, supports PWS and acquisition documentation, and contributes to risk assessments and continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a specified field and either 10 years of related experience with 5 years in construction management or 20+ years of construction experience, U.S. citizenship, and a Public Trust clearance. It also requires physical work on active construction sites and travel between buildings.
