Description
Sheltair is hiring a Construction Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of design and construction projects within its portfolio. The role manages external contractors, consultants, vendors, architects, engineers, and clients; develops cost estimates, budgets, and schedules; coordinates project meetings and change requests; oversees quality, safety, compliance, and authority approvals; reviews invoices and punchlists; and maintains project records in Wrike. The position requires frequent travel to project sites, strong commercial construction and contract knowledge, and at least eight years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
