Description
The Construction Project Manager will drive the successful execution of commercial construction projects by developing plans, budgets, and schedules; overseeing subcontractors and negotiations; monitoring progress and milestones; coordinating stakeholders; managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, QA/QC, project records, and compliance documentation; and enforcing OSHA safety standards. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent education and experience, at least 8 years of related post-graduate experience, commercial construction experience, a Michigan Builders License, and required health and safety training. Procore and Bluebeam experience are preferred.
