SAK Construction is hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager in Chattanooga, Tennessee to manage pipeline rehabilitation and cured-in-place piping (CIPP) projects. The role oversees schedules, budgets, contracts, cost accounting, billing and collections, financial reviews, subcontractor coordination, project meetings, submittals, field investigations, quality, crew performance, and safety compliance. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, water or wastewater and infrastructure construction experience, CIPP and government-funded project experience, financial information and percent-of-cost accounting knowledge, and scheduling experience with Microsoft Project or another project management system.
