Description
SAK Construction is hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager in Baltimore, Maryland to manage CIPP pipeline rehabilitation projects. The role oversees project schedules, budgets, contracts, estimates, cost reporting, billing, collections, financial reviews, project meetings, submittals, field investigations, and coordination with superintendents, field engineers, and subcontractors. Preferred qualifications include a BS in Construction Management or Engineering, water or wastewater construction experience, CIPP and government-funded project experience, DBIA certification or collaborative project-delivery experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Project or other project management systems.
