Description
Apple is seeking a Construction Project Manager to own the delivery of a high-volume portfolio of smaller, complex capital projects within the Apple Park zone. The role manages technical laboratory fit-outs, R&D workspace upgrades, and infrastructure improvements across multiple concurrent projects, coordinating design-build delivery, stakeholders, vendors, permits, budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and handover while minimizing disruption to an occupied campus. The position requires a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field, plus 6–8+ years of progressive construction project management experience, including managing 10+ simultaneous projects and delivering complex lab and R&D environments.
