7-Eleven is seeking a Construction Project Manager for its Orlando, Florida territory to oversee convenience store, fueling, and quick-service restaurant construction projects from inception through closeout. The role is remote with more than 50% regional travel and involves managing general contractors, engineers, architects, vendors, permitting, budgets, schedules, design reviews, inspections, and project reporting while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Candidates should have construction/project management experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with added value for c-store, fueling, refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, accessibility, and life-safety expertise.
