Description
The client is hiring a Project Manager in Hoeselt to lead the operational and strategic delivery of large construction projects, including industrial and utility construction. The role involves creating and monitoring project plans, managing internal teams, site managers, and subcontractors, overseeing safety and quality, coordinating with clients and partners, and contributing to prefabrication and modular construction improvements. Applicants need a bachelor's or master's degree in construction engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical field, at least 10 years of project-manager experience on Class 7 or 8 construction projects, familiarity with MS Project, KPD, and BIM tools, and fluency in Dutch, English, and French.
