The role manages project objectives, budgets, schedules, change orders, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, client and internal-staff coordination, and project documentation, with possible profit-and-loss responsibility. Candidates need a bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience, including one year coordinating commercial or public facilities, along with required background and drug-screening checks.
