Description
Skyline Restoration is hiring a full-time Project Manager to serve as the operating lead for assigned projects across its facade restoration, waterproofing, roofing, concrete, and interior divisions. The role owns project financials, schedules, field coordination, safety and quality, contract administration, change orders, billing, client and vendor communication, and closeout, with authority to make operating decisions and escalate risks. The position requires experienced project management experience in specialty construction and offers compensation of 135,000–150,000.
