Description
The Construction Project Manager will oversee client-side construction projects converting existing properties into serviced apartments, managing them from planning through execution while controlling schedule, budget, quality, costs, milestones, contractors, stakeholders, tenders, and reporting. The role requires a degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification, at least 10 years of construction or project management experience, knowledge of existing-structure refurbishment, strong German and English skills, and willingness to travel within Germany. Possible locations are Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, and Hamburg.
