Description
The role advises Asset and Facility Management teams and external partners on construction projects for existing properties, leading CAPEX measures, tenant fit-outs, and renovations from planning through handover. Responsibilities include coordinating planning and project teams, monitoring schedules, quality, costs, invoices, and site supervision, while serving as a customer contact. Candidates need architecture or civil engineering education or technical training, several years of project-management experience, extensive construction knowledge, German C1 and English skills, and willingness to travel across the listed German cities.
