Description
Base is hiring a Construction Project Manager to serve as the owner's representative across assigned capital construction projects. The role manages the full project lifecycle from design coordination through closeout, overseeing contractors, consultants, vendors, schedules, budgets, change orders, risks, and commissioning. It requires strong project controls, construction-document knowledge, stakeholder communication, and 7+ years of owner-side commercial, industrial, or manufacturing construction experience.
