The role manages the scope, budget, schedule, contracts, vendors, subcontractors, project documentation, quality assurance, change orders, and closeout for commercial, medical, and institutional construction projects, while procuring and managing approximately 80% of the project workload. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least three years of project management experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and project administration software, and a valid driver's license. The position offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule, health, dental, and vision insurance, and a wage of $110,000 plus experience-based and incentive-plan compensation.
