Description
The Construction Project Manager will oversee assigned construction projects for Bickerdike Redevelopment Corporation, coordinating clients, vendors, general contractors, and subcontractors; managing schedules, budgets, quality control, safety, inspections, closeout, and project reporting. The role requires 3–7 years of construction and supervisory experience, specialized architecture or construction estimating training, computer and project-management software knowledge, and the ability to work in both office and on-site environments. The position pays $90,000–$105,000, offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, and requires in-person work Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
