The Construction Project Manager will oversee assigned construction projects for Bickerdike Redevelopment Corporation, coordinating clients, vendors, general contractors, and subcontractors; managing schedules, budgets, costs, quality control, safety, inspections, closeout, and project reporting. The role requires 3–7 years of construction and supervisory experience, specialized architecture or construction estimating training, computer and project-management software knowledge, and the ability to work in both office and on-site environments.
