Description
The SelectLeaders client is hiring a full-time Construction Project Manager in Seattle to oversee multifamily and residential new-construction projects from pre-construction through completion. The role owns scope, schedule, budget, quality, certifications, claims, client relationships, and site safety while leading subcontractors, Site Superintendents, and project stakeholders. It is a hybrid position combining office, remote, and construction-site work, with regular travel and occasional work outside standard business hours. The position pays $130,000–$140,000 annually and includes employer-paid health coverage, a 401(k), paid parental leave, PTO, and other benefits.
