Description
The employer is hiring a full-time Construction Project Manager for an in-person role in Long Island City, New York. The position owns high-end construction projects from pre-construction through completion, overseeing budgets, contracts, procurement, scheduling, change orders, subcontractor performance, client and stakeholder communication, project documentation, permitting, inspections, and closeout. The role requires at least six years of construction project management experience, including New York City and high-end interior construction experience, with general contracting experience preferred. The salary range is $125,000 to $155,000 annually, with medical, life, paid time off, retirement, and additional company-sponsored benefits.
