Description
The role manages planning and construction services for large-scale construction projects, including supervision, cost control, project planning, calculation, implementation, and acceptance of high- and low-rise construction work. Responsibilities also include project control for schedule, quality, and costs, permitting and authority management, and coordination of construction companies, engineering offices, customers, and suppliers. The position requires a completed degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field, preferably experience with industrial plant planning and high- and low-rise construction project management, familiarity with HOAI performance phases 1–9, and CAD software knowledge.
