Milhaus is hiring a Construction Project Manager in Phoenix, Arizona to lead budgeting, planning, scheduling, buy-out, estimating, subcontractor coordination, and project delivery for multifamily and commercial construction projects. The role partners with superintendents, development, property management, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to keep projects on time, on budget, and aligned with company standards, while also handling preconstruction support, cost tracking, safety oversight, and mentorship of junior project staff.
