Description
Cafaro is hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead retail development and tenant-improvement projects from initial due diligence through construction closeout. The role manages project schedules and budgets, design coordination, bidding, contracting, cost control, procurement, and construction delivery while coordinating with legal, leasing, asset management, consultants, contractors, and tenants. Candidates need at least five years of retail construction experience with a landlord, property owner, developer, or general contractor; a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering is preferred; and the ability to travel regularly to company properties.
