The role manages project viability, contracts, budgets, schedules, cost estimates, procurement, document controls, billing, subcontractor compliance, site evaluations, and stakeholder communication, while supervising Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers. Candidates need an undergraduate degree in Construction Management or a related field, five-to-seven years of job-specific scope experience, and advanced knowledge of construction software and industry documents. The position requires substantial travel, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work 40 hours or more per week.
