Description
Catalyst Construction is hiring a Project Manager to organize and lead mid-to-large-scale commercial construction projects, including multifamily residential, medical, religious, senior living, and education buildings. The role manages project schedules, budgets, financial projections, subcontractor selection and invoicing, project documentation, client communication, quality, safety, compliance, closeout, and business development. Candidates should have 4–6 years of construction management experience, preferably commercial, along with strong client and subcontractor relationship skills, construction knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, and Microsoft Project.
