Cyclops is hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead industrial investment projects from concept through completion. The role oversees planning, budget, scope, risks, execution, client coordination, contractors, suppliers, and engineering partners, while monitoring progress and resolving challenges. Candidates need a master’s degree in industrial or civil engineering, at least three years of industrial or construction project experience, strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills, on-site flexibility, and fluency in Polish and English.
