Description
The Construction Project Manager will oversee multiple construction projects from initiation through closeout, including defining scope, preparing estimates and budgets, developing schedules, managing subcontractors and vendors, coordinating resources and logistics, obtaining permits, maintaining safety standards, and reporting to stakeholders. The role requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, risk management, and construction management skills, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of construction project management, budgeting, scheduling, and site-management experience.
