DMK Development Group is hiring a full-time Construction Project Manager in Louisville, Kentucky to manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role oversees budgets, schedules, resources, safety, client communication, and coordination with senior management and superintendents, using Procore and other project-management tools. Candidates need at least five years of construction project-management experience, preferably in senior living, hotel, or multi-family sectors, along with a bachelor’s degree in construction management or an equivalent education and experience combination.
