FITS is seeking a Project Manager to oversee manufacturing projects across the project lifecycle, including planning, implementation, monitoring, completion, and follow-up. The role manages competing timelines, budgets, resources, schedules, quality and client-satisfaction goals, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional teams, while also recommending process improvements and supporting department management. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of experience in a regulated industry, bilingual Spanish and English proficiency, and experience with project management, schedules, cost estimates, and C&Q cycles.
