Gordian is hiring a full-time, on-site Project Manager to oversee administrative and operational aspects of construction and facility-related projects supporting its partnership with the New York City School Construction Authority. The role manages pre-construction planning, stakeholder meetings, site oversight, quality assurance, permits, documentation, schedules, budgets, change orders, risk mitigation, and contractor training across school buildings in New York City. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3–5+ years of construction procurement, management, or general contracting experience, knowledge of NYC regulatory requirements, and proficiency with construction management platforms. The position is based primarily at the NYC Long Island City office and SCA project locations, with 100% local travel within the five boroughs, and offers a salary range of 88,000.00–147,000.00 plus bonus eligibility.
