The role manages and controls construction or technical projects, including project planning and organization, written project administration, change-order preparation, performance reporting, and values-based leadership of project teams. It requires a master craftsman, technician, technical degree, or comparable qualification with several years of relevant experience, along with MS Office knowledge, VOB and trade-specific technical expertise, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
