Description
The Project Manager will oversee commercial, industrial, school, and residential turnkey key-ready construction projects from initial customer contact through handover. The role coordinates technical clarifications, subcontractor services, interdisciplinary teams, authorities, engineers, and internal stakeholders; manages construction billing and project budgets; and handles cost estimating, VOB, execution planning, contract management, and construction execution. Applicants need a degree in civil engineering or architecture and several years of construction and project management experience for turnkey commercial properties.
