Description
Haycon Construction is hiring a mid-level, full-time Project Manager to lead one or more sustainable construction projects, including Deep Energy Retrofits and Occupied Rehab. The role covers the project lifecycle from estimating through completion, including stakeholder coordination, subcontracting, purchasing, Procore documentation, RFI management, quantity takeoffs, inventory control, and site measurements. Candidates should have sustainable construction experience, Bluebeam and Excel proficiency, and the ability to read construction drawings; DER or Occupied Rehab experience and an engineering degree are preferred.
