Description
The role manages complex construction and planning projects in close cooperation with a project manager, coordinating technical, commercial, organizational, client, contractor, and subcontractor activities. Responsibilities include ensuring cost, schedule, and quality compliance; administering contracts; monitoring quality management; and preparing project documentation and status reports. The position requires a civil engineering or architecture degree, knowledge of German construction regulations, analytical and communication skills, German language proficiency, project-control software skills, and occasional business travel.
