Description
The role manages large-scale industrial and commercial construction projects, including technical and organizational construction management, client and subcontractor negotiations, contract compliance, project scheduling, cost estimates, budget control, and resource coordination. It requires a civil engineering or architecture degree, turnkey construction project-management experience, knowledge of VOB and scheduling tools, strong communication and teamwork skills, German and English proficiency, and approximately 20% nationwide travel. The position offers a 37.5-hour work week, two home-office days after probation, vacation, training, pension, savings benefits, accident insurance, and company equipment.
