The role covers project preparation and award processes, workflow planning and monitoring, execution concepts, coordination of service areas and external partners, client and stakeholder communication, construction inspections and handovers, and performance invoicing. Candidates should have commercial or technical training or a comparable qualification, experience with renovation and existing-property projects, Microsoft Office proficiency, analytical and independent working skills, and preferably construction-industry software knowledge and English skills.
