H&M Group is hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead and organize construction projects for retail and real estate development. The role covers budgeting, business cases, risk analysis, tenders, contracts, suppliers, design, construction, logistics, permits, documentation, stakeholder communication, and coordination with internal and external partners. It is a full-time position limited to two years, based in Hamburg, and requires a construction, project management, or related technical background, stakeholder and supplier management skills, parallel-project experience, German and English fluency, and MS Office proficiency.
