H&M is hiring an on-site Construction Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning and budgeting through execution, handover, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The role covers project planning, procurement and contract management, site supervision, quality and health and safety compliance, change orders, documentation, and handover to Facility Management. It is based in one of the Sales Region locations—New York, Los Angeles, Houston, or Miami—and requires a bachelor’s degree, project management experience, supplier and contract management experience, and knowledge of construction, retail environments, MS Office, and English.
