Description
The Project Manager will manage the schedule, budget, quality, safety, relationships, subcontractors, contracts, procurement, estimating, and closeout of large, complex construction projects in partnership with a Superintendent. The role includes project planning, reporting, client and owner coordination, meeting facilitation, cost and contract administration, and oversight of assistant project managers. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant construction or engineering field, 5-8 years of experience in large facility construction, knowledge of construction processes and procurement, computer skills including scheduling software, and a valid driver's license; healthcare construction experience and LEED accreditation are preferred. The position involves indoor and outdoor work, travel between sites, and exposure to varying weather and temperature conditions.
