Intersect is hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of high-voltage substation and transmission line projects up to 500kV across Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. The role manages engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, closeout, schedules, budgets, contracts, utility interconnection, EPC coordination, quality, compliance, and reporting. Candidates must be based in the United States, have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, at least five years of high-voltage project experience, and be willing to travel up to 50% to project sites. The position offers total compensation of $180,000–$200,000 plus equity and health benefits.
