Description
The employer is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to handover across Flanders. The role oversees progress, quality, costs, subcontractor selection, procurement, technical and organizational preparation, on-site teams, safety, stakeholder communication, and technical and financial monitoring. Candidates should have relevant construction project management or comparable experience, strong analytical and communication skills, Dutch language ability, and ideally a master's degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience; LEAN, BIM, or digital construction tools are advantageous. The position is full-time, offers attractive compensation and fringe benefits, and may lead to a permanent contract after probation.
