Description
The role manages construction projects across multiple locations in Germany, assessing developability, reviewing zoning and planning requirements, coordinating with authorities and stakeholders, handling permits, monitoring costs and schedules, conducting inspections, and supporting construction execution. It requires a degree in architecture, civil engineering, or construction management, further construction training or an equivalent qualification, several years of project-management or project-controls experience, knowledge of construction processes and planning law, strong communication skills, regular travel within Germany, and a class B driver’s license.
