Description
The role leads and oversees construction projects in coordination with site and construction management, manages construction crews, ensures compliance with safety, quality, and construction-plan requirements, coordinates engineers and subcontractors, documents progress and quantities, supports material deliveries, and resolves on-site problems to keep projects on schedule. Candidates should have completed construction-sector training, ideally as skilled road-construction or civil-engineering workers, several years of comparable experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a class B driver’s license; class C1E is advantageous.
