Description
Marand Builders, Inc. is seeking a General Contractor Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from inception through completion. The role manages project budgets, schedules, contracts, invoices, cost control, subcontractor coordination, document control, LEED requirements, safety compliance, and closeout activities while maintaining relationships with customers, architects, engineers, vendors, and employees. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of commercial construction experience, the ability to manage multiple projects, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of building codes and safety regulations, and the ability to travel up to 30%.
