The role is based in Seattle with two days in the office and site visits or meetings for the remainder of the week, with an option for remote work and additional travel for well-qualified candidates in Portland. It requires 6–9 years of construction management or construction-related project management experience, a bachelor’s degree or higher in construction management or a closely related field, and a CM certification. The expected annual salary is $150,000–$160,000, with 100% paid health insurance premiums for employees.
