Maxwell Construction is hiring a full-time Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction and planning through closeout. The role manages schedules, budgets, financial performance, subcontractors, change orders, claims, reporting, and project teams, while collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and field leadership. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, commercial construction project experience, and the ability to interpret construction documents and work on active sites; Procore experience is preferred.
