Description
Minnesota Cannabis Services is hiring a Construction Project Manager to oversee retail store buildouts and special projects across cultivation, manufacturing, wholesale, transport, and delivery locations. The role manages preconstruction, permitting, inspections, budgets, change orders, contracts, general contractors, consultants, and trades; coordinates with authorities having jurisdiction; and delivers projects through closeout and turnover. It requires at least five years of construction project management experience, commercial ground-up or tenant-improvement project delivery, knowledge of cannabis-related construction requirements, and regular travel throughout Minnesota. The position offers an annual salary of $100,000–$125,000 plus medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, holidays, an employee discount, mileage reimbursement, and advancement opportunities.
